PROCESS
A full rustproofing treatment would include:

1. Remove wheels and protect all vulnerable components, including brake discs, alarm systems, etc.

2. Clean entire underside of vehicle using a combination of cold water, degreaser and steam. We use a range of specialist nozzles to clean even intricate, inaccessable chassis members. All oil, grease, loose rust and old underseal is removed.

3. Apply rust convertor to any serious rust.

4. Thoroughly dry the vehicle overnight using warm air in our purpose built heated location.

5. Raise the temperature of the facility to 25 degrees. Inject all cavities; sills, doors, door pillars, chassis members etc with Dinitrol wax (ref: 3125). The Dinitrol was is injected using a spray nozzle with a 360 degree outlet. Its is sparyed into the sections using approx 100 psi to ensure the whole area is coated.

6. Spray wax (ref: 3125) on the vehicle underside and allow to dry, creating a good base for the underseal.


7. Spray Dinitrol underseal (ref: 4941) to the entire underside, including the suspension components.

8. Reassemble and clean and polish the vehicle.
